Matt has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments on a wide variety of sites.

As an experienced contracts manager, Matt focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders, turning his clients’ proposals into reality and using various methodologies to deliver excellent outcomes.

With a background in site management, Matt is also skilled at managing sub-contractors and equipment, directing teams of field engineers and overseeing project planning, scheduling, quality control and health and safety. He prioritises strong communication, addressing issues arising on live sites. Matt completes his projects on time and within budget, motivating subcontractors and site teams to deliver each contract to his clients’ specifications.
